With over 20 years of experience across financial services, insurance and banking, Ben brings a wealth of practical knowledge and excellent tried and tested analytical skills.   I am an advocate for behavioural excellence, drawing upon diplomacy and great communication (with really listening being at the core) to get the absolute best out of teams.

I firmly believe that business analysis, when done right, adds huge tangible value to any business or project by:

• Supporting leaders to bring their outcomes and visions to life by helping to clearly define and shape them.
• Ensuring that these outcomes and visions are translated into artefacts that are sound, and most importantly, are easy to understand and interpret.
• Actively protecting and assuring that these outcomes and visions are delivered and not eroded or blurred in the details throughout the project/programme lifespan.

On a personal level, my family keep me pretty busy – however, when there’s spare time, I love to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful Cheshire/Derbyshire countryside: camping, biking, or walking.   I am also a keen artist and red wine collector.
