Ricard has over 30 years’ experience in projects and business change. Building on a strong track record in the delivery of complex programmes, he now concentrates on initiatives with a significant organisational change component, typically bringing together delivery and capability development.
He pride himself on being pragmatic and bringing an understanding of the whole change lifecycle, from determining strategic drivers to ensuring reliable operations post implementation. He is respected for his calmness, even in the most intense situations.
In the past, he has held executive roles, including the P&L responsibility for over £1Bn. He has worked in a variety of industries, and in 14 countries across Europe, Asia and North America.
Outside of work, he tries to spend as much time as possible in the mountains and has visited mountain ranges across the world. He has a second career as an author, with almost 20 books published – and will happily talk about writing and publishing with anyone. He lives partially in the Cotswolds in the UK, and part time in the Tatras in Southern Poland.
