Gabby is a qualified coach and has 25 years’ consultancy experience focusing on Organisational Development, HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development. She has worked across several industry sectors focusing on collaboration, the behavioural aspects of change and ways of working. She has also been HR leader.
Her most enjoyable experiences in consulting have involved the facilitation of groups and coaching. Her collaborative and engaging style ensures teams and individuals have the opportunity to learn in a relaxed and participative environment – at the same time being stretched, challenged and supported to develop their personal skills throughout and beyond the change process.
She has a pragmatic approach and ensures ideas and direction don’t get lost in fancy words and concepts. Her style is to encourage all to take action, rolling up sleeves and helping people work towards their goals by making positive changes to get the best out of themselves and their teams.
She is interested in mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and has recently become a Mental Health First Aid trainer.
