statement

“One Day or Day One... you decide”

Gordon McIntosh, Delivery Director

Gordon has over 27 year experience as a Business and Change Leader with a track record of delivering successful programme outcomes across a wide range of client organisations. Whether working with a firm that has 20 staff through to Blue Chip companies, his ‘can do’ approach has consistently helped him lead and deliver complex transformation and digital change programmes, step in to manage turnaround programmes, set up and run business change and governance functions.

His success is grounded in a combination of an unrelenting drive to help my clients succeed (stepping into their shoes), working with enthusiastic and skilled teams, a hands-on pragmatic experience allied to formal training and the awareness of the culture – whether business or national – that change is being delivered into.

He considers the most satisfying work to be often the most challenging and seeing his clients continue to develop as individuals and as organisations is very rewarding. Partners in Change’ emphasis on the ‘how’ as well as the ‘what’ of change is one of the reasons he joined.

Away from work, I spend as much time as I can exercising in the gym or cycling in the highlands to compensate for my love of cooking and my expanding knowledge of malt whiskies.
