Graham has over 25 years’ experience in managing successful delivery teams on large scale change programmes across a variety of industry sectors.  With a background in software engineering his focus is leading large multi-phase programmes with a significant level of IT and technical content that supports business transformation and organisational change.  Throughout all of this time one of his most enjoyable and rewarding elements of his experience has been mobilising and building effective teams. He believes that behind every successful programme is a strong team, working for each other and recognising everyone’s different skills and capabilities.

Most importantly, he considers that when the team works well it has the ability to recognise and navigate the inevitable bends in the road that emerge over the lifetime of a programme.

Outside of work, I enjoy digging myself out of trouble round a golf course and skiing, where in both cases failing to make the turn can have some unfortunate, if different, consequences!
