Mike is a highly experienced Change Leader with a passion for making change happen.  He brings 30 years of experience in shaping, leading, delivering complex change programmes, managing change portfolios, leading change functions improving change capabilities.

Mike’s real strength is in ‘making the change real’ whether that be bringing a problem to life and persuading people of the need to act, creating a compelling vision, and getting people excited by it, setting, and agreeing clear business priorities, or defining the change journey and mobilising the team to deliver it.

Mike has worked in a diverse set of industries as a Programme Manager, Delivery Director and Change Director – giving him a broad base of experience to draw upon and hence add value quickly.

Mike is hands on, he’s perceptive, he likes to drive things at pace, and a real people person.  All things that make him fit really well with the ethos at Partners in Change.  He’s also a big fan of cycling and surfing.
