Samantha has spent most of her working life within Test Consulting, either leading testing for large scale transformation programmes or running testing practices for, at times, upwards of 100 people. The testing world has taught her the value of tenacity and resilience having on many occasions had to operate with tight timelines and demanding stakeholders from all levels of the organisation. she has also developed a highly collaborative approach which she has found vital when solving the many problems that testing uncovers.

As a testing practice lead, she gained more experience around general business support processes and, in 2017, put these skills to work when she bought a delicatessen in her local village. When PiC was set up, she used this experience to operationalise several areas of the new business and she now runs all of the financial management processes and several operational areas, such as on-boarding of new team members. This has contributed to Partners in Change’ efficient and lean operation.
