From a career started in programming, Sarah has amassed over 25 years’ experience as an IT and business change project consultant delivering projects within major strategic and transformational change programmes across a range of sectors.

She is a pragmatist at heart and brings an engaging and enthusiastic approach to delivery whilst demonstrating complete customer focus and, importantly, collaborative working; for Sarah being part of a team that wants to work as a team brings the joy to delivery.

She enjoys working with Partners in Change as a result of how they live every day by their values and never lose sight of their reason for being which she considers refreshingly different to many similar consulting organisations.

On a personal level, she enjoys running (as far or as fast as her knees will allow) and grabs any opportunity for travel. Above all, quality time with her family, including her two ‘bonkers’ doodle-dogs, is what matters most.
