We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve again been recognised in the Financial Times Management Consulting Awards 2026 for our work in the ‘Organisation & Change’ and ‘People & Performance’ categories.

Our two founding directors share their thoughts below.

From Dave Chatham

Two years running!

I’m proud and delighted that the Financial Times has again named Partners in Change Consulting among the top firms in the UK’s Leading Management Consultants 2026.

We’re in our eighth year, so a comparative youngster relative to many of the familiar names in the list.

Our mission is simple: we aim to be our clients’ trusted partner to get change done and this goal hasn’t changed. This award shows we are fulfilling our mission!

Receiving this award is special because it is entirely based on the opinions of current and past clients, and professionals within the change and transformation industry, who know our work.

I’d like to thank all our customers and fellow change professionals who put our name forward. Whether you voted for us in the survey, or mentioned us in passing to your networks, we really appreciate it.

Change and transformation doesn’t get done without great people, and as such, I’d also like to thank our Partners in Change team and associate network for delivering the work that has made this possible. Your calm, collaborative and caring style continues to help our customers deliver high-impact results for their organisations.

I still believe that Partners in Change is something of a well-kept secret! We gain stunning customer feedback for the work that we do, but our ‘low-ego’ style means we tend to hide our light under a bushel!

So, if you haven’t heard of us yet, we might just be the best value change consultancy organisation you’ve not yet had the pleasure of working with.

From Dave Jepson

I was delighted when we won this Financial Times award last year, but to win again is both thrilling and reassuring: it was neither a lucky result nor a momentary spike in performance.

Without wishing to seem conceited or complacent, it is also not a surprise.

The reason why it’s not a surprise is down to the listening we routinely do; our customers, our delivery consultants, and our support team, consistently call out the great service we provide compared to what they have previously experienced.  We ALWAYS aim to set the standard in getting change done.

From first conversation through to final delivery, and beyond, we take care to ensure that our clients receive the outstanding value in change support that they need.

Our support is never ‘off the peg’; it’s always tailored to our customers’ needs, and with a competitive price point and configurable deployment of highly experienced talent it’s no surprise that customers keep coming back.

Our pricing is much lower than the brass-plates and we provide a highly regarded ‘service wrapper’ that the stand-alone contractor market or agencies cannot.

So, thank-you again to all our delivery consultants and associates, whether on the ‘front line’, or behind it; we couldn’t do it without you.

Finally, thanks also to our loyal customers with whom we work. Please keep referring us to your friends and professional network!
